Each coaching programme is unique to the leader. And through the contracting process we will work together to set out a programme
specifically for you. Sometimes, leaders approach me with clear goals for coaching, and at other times part of the coaching programme is to actually identify the right goals to focus on. Goals can provide a framework for the sessions, keep coaching on track and enable progress to be evaluated. Sometimes the aims are broad and visionary, sometimes they are emerging, sometimes they are specific to the programme being undertaken. If you have not experienced coaching before, I can help you to understand how to get the most from coaching interventions and we can design the right balance of coaching, training, mentoring and advisory work that meets your current circumstances.
